Refund Policy

The policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the paid content doesn't work as described, was billed in error, or the files you received are corrupted or inaccessible. Once refunded, access to the paid stages of the Build Roadmap and the Schedule/Budget Calculator downloads is removed.
This is a fault-based guarantee, not a change-of-mind one — we don't offer refunds simply because you've decided it's not for you after the paid stages and spreadsheet downloads have already given you full access to the content.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
This policy reflects, rather than limits, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — a remedy is available where the product is faulty, materially inaccurate, or not fit for the purpose it was described for. Nothing in this policy takes those rights away.

Email us with the address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Stripe receipt or checkout confirmation. See our Terms of Service for how access works and our Privacy Policy for what we collect at checkout.
